Carson Beck’s cheerleader sister has four-word reaction to QB’s electric debut

Carson Beck’s sister Kylie was impressed by the Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback in his preseason debut in the 2026 Hall of Fame Game against the Carolina Panthers on Thursday.

Beck — 15-of-19 for 188 yards, one TD, no interceptions, 125.4 rating — was on time with his throws, showed great accuracy, and he was calm in the pocket, despite Arizona’s 33-30 loss.

“That’s how it’s done,” Kylie wrote in an Instagram Story post, including a video of Beck throwing a touchdown pass to Cardinals wide receiver Simione Tufui Fehoko in the second quarter in Canton, Ohio.

“It’s game time!!” she wrote with a clapping emoji.

Arizona drafted Carson — a two-time national champion with Georgia — in the third round of the 2026 draft in April after he helped Miami reach the championship game last season.

He is slated to be Arizona’s third-string QB behind Jacoby Brissett and Gardner Minshew II.

“It feels great to go in and succeed and execute within the offense,” Beck said after his first NFL start. “And, obviously, again, there’s going to be things to fix.

“You got to go watch the tape and there’s always so much room to improve, even just being a rookie, being a new guy and kind of getting my first taste of the league.”

Beck said before Thursday’s game that he “had no clue” he was going to start.

“Obviously, I thought I was going to play but I really didn’t have any expectations going into any of this. Obviously, our schedule is absolutely crazy right now, practice, meetings,” Beck told reporters before Thursday’s game. “But I’m looking forward to it.”

The Cardinals open the regular-season on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday, Sept. 13.
