A Frontier Airlines flight faced a medical emergency Thursday morning after four of the five flight attendants on board mysteriously became sick midair.
Flight F9-1046 left Cleveland around 7:50 a.m. bound for Fort Lauderdale. As the pilots were communicating with air traffic control, they requested emergency medical responders to meet the plane on its arrival after the situation with the cabin crew.

“If you could call the tower and have them meet at our gate for a developing medical,” the pilot told Miami air traffic controllers, which also handle Fort Lauderdale’s approach communications.
“All my flight attendants have headaches,” he added. “Now, four are nauseous.”
Despite the medical crisis, the plane successfully landed.
The aircraft was supposed to fly back to Cleveland around 11:30 a.m. but the service was canceled, along with another scheduled round trip that afternoon, according to PYOK.
