Francisco Lindor tells The Post he wants to remain a Met — and why his confidence in brass hasn’t shaken

ATLANTA — Barring a miraculous finish, Francisco Lindor will still be without a World Series ring when this season concludes.

The Mets shortstop will be halfway through the $341 million, 10-year contract he signed before the 2021 season.

He fully expects he will play those remaining five seasons in a Mets uniform and continue toward his goal of winning at least one championship in Queens.

“The plan is to be here for my contract,” Lindor told The Post. “When I signed up here, it was to be in the good times and bad times and to win.”
