Munoz arrived at the lottery headquarters on Monday, where he decided to receive the hefty prize as a lump sum of $600,000 instead of an annuity of $50,000 over 20 years.
After required tax withholdings, he took home $396,090, officials said.
Munoz said he plans to use the new influx of cash to invest and continue his work on restoring classic cars.
